Tom Hampson was born in Bridport, Dorset in 1973 and attended Kirkbie Kendal School in Cumbria then went on to study Master's Degree in Philosophy, Anthropology, Business Ethics at Regina Apostolorum.
Tom has a proven track record accomplishing business objectives through marketing strategies, tactics and implementation. Tom set up Studio Hampson to deliver bespoke brand, design and communication services.
He joined Integer as their Marketing & Communication Manager in 2002, where he focused on global communication and marketing. He progressed into a new role as their Marketing Consultant & Development Director where he focused on business development and marketing. Tom then started Santa Maria Studio, an independent agency specialising in Hispanic marketing, where he leads as the Creative Director.
A highly successful marketing strategist with over ten years experience, Tom became the Market Strategist at Cause Analytics - the essential Business Intelligence service, he heads up the Marketing Department within the Customer Division. He is a team player with competent communication and relationship building skills, which allowed him to rapidly integrate into the new environment and start performing immediately.
Tom is a first class professional, with leadership and people management skills. Tom creates brand value through strategic, creative and design thinking. Insights, branding, art direction, design and communication is his forte.
He also brings significant experience in delivering strategic marketing into European and Hispanic markets. He strikes a balance between the creative and marketing sides of business with experience and understanding of corporate, non-profit and agency work. Tom enjoys sports, the Arts and family time.
