Paul Simbeck-Hampson

Paul Simbeck-Hampson was born in 1971 in London and attended Kirkbie Kendal school in Cumbria before going on to complete a BA (Hons) in Business Administration and PGCE from The University of Manchester.

Paul has a track record of success in enterprise social media strategy, workplace learning and management consultancy. His most recent project involved supporting UNIT4 Business Software, a global enterprise software provider, where he scoped, delivered and executed social strategy. His work involved deep brand alignment for the company's recent $1.2 billion acquisition by Advent International.

Having lived and worked in Asia, Paul gained experience in setting-up and managing small businesses in the leisure and tourism sector, including the successful development of one of today’s leading scuba diving resorts in the Philippines. His LinkedIn profile has over forty recommendations giving testament to his creativity and problem solving skills.

Within social networking platforms Paul is known for his ability to listen carefully, process and reflect, before offering solutions that add lasting value. By being open, cooperative and collaborative, Paul has built a strong reputation on a wide-range of topics including: social learning, workplace collaboration, social analytics and network complexity.

Paul is our Social Strategist supporting customers, partners and employees throughout social networks. For our customers, his experience in enterprise brings with it insights that can be transferred to midsized organisations adopting business intelligence solutions.

In addition to English, he is fluent in German where he lives with his wife and family near Munich. Paul enjoys getting active outdoor, and especially golf, tennis and scuba diving.
